Stoke-on-Trent City Council, Directorate: Resources: Finance; Section: Revenues, Benefits and Financial Assessments; Location: Civic Centre; Grade: Level 7; Salary: £31,022 - £33,699; Hours: 37 hours per week. This is a fixed-term post for 12 months. Open to both Internal and External applicants.
Responsibilities
- You will take day to day responsibility for means test financial assessments in line with statutory guidance for all chargeable services.
- You will facilitate the financial administration of payments associated with social care services, including Direct Payments.
- You need to be comfortable working with computer systems and dealing with various stakeholders including members of the public.

- Experience with means testing and financial assessments in line with statutory guidance.
- Strong computer skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including the public.
