Sandwell Children’s Trust is seeking passionate Practitioners to join our Family Help Teams as we implement our Families First model, delivering integrated support across Early Help and Child in Need to improve outcomes for children and families.
You will work directly with families, providing timely, strengths-based interventions and leading CIN plans alongside Family Help support, ensuring a coordinated and seamless approach to services.
