The Excel Academy is seeking a Facilities Assistant to join the Facilities team. The successful candidate will have proven experience carrying out routine general maintenance, a commitment to a high standard of work, a good understanding of security issues, and the ability to communicate confidently in spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out routine general maintenance across the academy.
  • Support the implementation of security protocols and maintain high standards of facilities.
  • Assist with the general upkeep and maintenance of equipment.

Qualifications

  • Proven industry experience in routine general maintenance.
  • Good understanding of security issues.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in accurate spoken English.
