We have a highly motivated individual with excellent customer service skills and attention to detail to assist with the day-to-day operation of the Royal Spa Centre, Royal Pump Rooms and Town Hall, ensuring safety, cleanliness and customer focus.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the day‑to‑day operation of Royal Spa Centre, Royal Pump Rooms and Town Hall.
- Perform porter duties, moving equipment and furniture.
- Support auditorium format changes, room set‑ups and preparation of event requirements including AV and recording equipment.
- Accept, record and deliver mail and deliveries to relevant individuals.
- Provide initial point of contact, welcome the public, visiting companies, tenants, councillors, WDC staff and contractors.
- Ensure guests are signed‑in, briefed on relevant health and safety / housekeeping information, provided with requirements and monitored.
- Handle enquiries and maintain positive customer relationships, delivering highest standard of customer care.
