The Brier is a successful all-age school (4-16) serving pupils with moderate learning difficulties across two sites. Due to recent expansion, we are seeking an inspirational EYFS / Year 1 teacher with a passion for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to pupils with a range of complex SEND needs.
Key Expectations:
- Strong collaborative skills and a commitment to team working.
- Willingness to develop specialist skills such as Makaton, Team Teach, PECS and Colourful Semantics within daily practice.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to support pupils with complex communication and learning needs.
This is a permanent position.
