Job Overview: The City of Wolverhampton Council is recruiting an Executive Assistant to support our Strategic Executive Board, which includes the Chief Executive, Deputy Chief Executive and Directors.
Responsibilities: This role involves extensive diary and email management, ensuring customers are fully briefed and prepared ahead of meetings, capturing actions and decisions, preparing meeting and conference packs, briefing notes and presentations as appropriate, and prioritising and delivering on a busy workload in an informed and efficient manner.
Qualifications: The successful candidate will thrive in a busy environment, be an innovative, customer‑focused problem solver who is proactive and organised with great attention to detail. Excellent communication and IT skills, the ability to build strong relationships, learn quickly and have proven knowledge, skills and experience to provide outstanding executive support at a senior level are required.
