Role Overview
We are seeking to appoint a caring and kind support professional to join our Early Years team, to support enthusiastic, confident children to achieve their potential through our creative and exciting curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
- Support children’s learning in the Early Years stage
- Work independently and effectively within a team
- Assist in implementing the curriculum and daily programmes
- Provide support aligned with the school’s ethos, Christian values and high expectations
Qualifications
- Good level of literacy and numeracy skills (including GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above)
- Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Clear understanding of roles and responsibilities in supporting children’s learning in the Early Years stage
