Aston Tower Community Primary School is a two‑form entry multi‑cultural school with an outstanding Ofsted rating and a specialist SEND Resource Base accredited by the Department for Education.

We are inviting applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who want to start their career teaching in our Resource Base catering for 16 pupils with EHCPs. You will teach alongside an experienced team of staff in a newly built, well‑resourced base. The school provides excellent ECT support through experienced mentors and partnership with year group colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Teach and support pupils with EHCPs in the Resource Base.
  • Work alongside experienced staff to develop instructional practice.
  • Collaborate with year group colleagues to share practice.
  • Participate in mentoring and professional development sessions.

Qualifications

Applicants must be qualified Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
