Dudley Academies Trust invites applications for two Teaching Assistant (L2) positions at Greenfield Primary. The successful candidates will provide a range of support across the classroom, working closely with teachers in a caring, nurturing environment.
- Provide one‑to‑one support for a learner with autism and other additional needs in our Year 4 class.
- Assist with small‑group work and help ensure every child can thrive.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Bring fresh ideas and new strategies to support and motivate pupils.
- Participate in regular team meetings and share insights for continuous improvement.
Greenfield Primary has recently joined Dudley Academies Trust and currently has 280 children on roll.
