Directorate: Housing Maintenance
The role involves working closely with team managers, planning and operational staff to help manage a professional customer‑focused planning service within the Housing Maintenance Team. You would be responsible for leading and managing a team of reactive repairs planners engaged in the provision of a specialised customer service function responding to repairs enquiries from council tenants to provide an efficient and effective repairs service across the borough of Dudley.
Additionally, we promote a culture of continuous professional development within the team and encourage all team members to take advantage of learning and development opportunities to support their individual development in this position.
