£33,450 - £39,363 per annum – Dudley College of Technology is one of the most successful further education colleges in the UK, providing a wide range of education and training programmes across the West Midlands. Role: Human Resources Advisor

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director of Human Resources in providing high quality, professional human resources advice and operational support to managers and employees across the college.
  • Focus on employee relations, policy application, recruitment support, absence management and day-to-day human resources activities ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
  • Some evening work will be required in this role.

  • All successful applicants will need to undertake an enhanced disclosure and barring service check and children and adults barred list checks where the applicant will be employed in a regulated activity.
