Role: Human Resources Advisor
Responsibilities:
- Support the Director of Human Resources in providing high quality, professional human resources advice and operational support to managers and employees across the college.
- Focus on employee relations, policy application, recruitment support, absence management and day-to-day human resources activities ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
- Some evening work will be required in this role.
