Deputy Safeguarding and Prevent Lead – Term time only
£28,732 - £33,812 per annum

Responsibilities
- Ensure a consistent approach to safeguarding and the prevent duty is maintained across the college.
- Work closely with curriculum and support staff to safeguard students from risk of harm or radicalisation.
- Act as the key contact for all enquiries from staff and external organisations relating to safeguarding and prevent issues.
Qualifications
- Relevant qualification in safeguarding and/or supporting young people.
- Minimum of two years’ experience supporting students in an educational environment.
All successful applicants will need to undertake an enhanced disclosure and barring service check and children and adults barred list checks where the applicant will be employed in a regulated activity.
