Responsibilities:
- To contribute to developing an outstanding support service for students who are care experienced, by providing extended pastoral support and embedding trauma informed and restorative practice.
- To assess, arrange and monitor support across college to ensure students' needs are met, including barriers to enrolment and attendance.
- To raise standards of support and the aspirations of our students to ensure they reach their full potential.
Requirements:
- Closing date – 5 April 2026.
- All successful applicants will need to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check and children and adults barred list checks where the applicant will be employed in a regulated activity.
