Invictus Education Trust is offering an exciting opportunity to join our central trust office as a Business Administration Apprentice. The role supports the Executive Assistant to the CEO and the wider executive team in a fast‑paced, executive environment across our Multi‑Academy Trust.
National Apprenticeship Rate: £13,323.00 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week, term time plus 2 weeks
Contract: Full‑time, fixed term (12–14 months)
Start date: 1st September 2026
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support across departments, including document management and maintaining accurate records.
- Support the delivery of efficient business operations across the Trust, ensuring processes are followed consistently.
- Manage incoming communications – emails, calls and enquiries – in a professional and timely manner.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars and take accurate minutes.
- Draft emails, letters and professional correspondence under the guidance of senior leaders.
- Use a range of digital tools and systems (MIS, SharePoint, Teams, or tracking systems) to support business operations.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support event planning, coordination activities and wider team projects.
Qualifications:
- GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C/4 (or equivalent), or Functional Skills Level 2, or willingness to achieve these alongside the apprenticeship.
- Commitment to completing the Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship qualification.
- Eligibility to work in the UK and not already qualified at a similar or higher level in business administration or a similar discipline.
