Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council is recruiting a Community Alarm Officer to join our Telecare Service, which installs, monitors and responds to alarm activations to help people stay independent at home. The role requires working a 37-hour week on a rolling 23-week rota, with a 24/7 shift pattern including evenings, nights, weekends and Bank Holidays.
Salary ranges from £31,537 to £34,434 (pro rata) with a 15% shift enhancement and weekend allowances.
