We provide a range of services for those affected by alcohol and other drugs across Worcestershire. Across Worcestershire, Cranstoun coordinate the treatment and support of people who use our services, helping them to deal with their substance use so that they can change their lives, be happy and reach their goals.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for delivering targeted support to improve continuity of care between prisons and other criminal justice partners with the Alcohol and Drug Recovery Service. You will provide in-reach provision at agreed settings including prison or criminal justice setting to support discharge plans from prisons ensuring a smooth transition from prison to community.
Qualifications
Good Microsoft Office skills. Ability to manage your own diary efficiently and proactively. Integrity, enthusiasm and passion to make a difference. Working knowledge of security clearance procedures and prison vetting is essential. Enhanced DBS Disclosure required.
Working hours and location
Hours: 35 hours per week.
Location: Worcestershire.
Contract: Permanent.
Core service operates Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. All post holders may be required to work some evenings.
