Fordbridge Community Primary School is seeking to appoint an exceptional, non-class based Deputy Headteacher to join our ambitious senior leadership team. Working closely with the Headteacher, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the school, driving high-quality teaching and learning, and ensuring the best outcomes for all pupils. You will lead on assessment, English and CPD, develop staff through coaching and professional development, and uphold the highest standards of safeguarding, inclusion and pupil wellbeing.
