Grade A - £24,796 - £27,254 pro rata

Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review

Working 25 hours per week

Location - Hallmoor Academy, 50 Scholar Gate, Kitts Green, Birmingham B33 0DL

Hours: Monday - Friday term time only between 8:30am-1.30pm approximately. Hours to be confirmed to include 3 cleaning days and 5 teacher training days.

Cityserve is a Birmingham City Council catering service for school meals providing fresh and nutritious food for school kitchens across the UK. Healthy eating is a continuous theme throughout all of our menus and we are committed to the wellbeing of pupils.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, delivers excellent customer service and is able to motivate and support team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and cooking meals for pupils
  • Assist in planning and controlling all aspects of the service
  • Keep the kitchen clean
