The shift patterns listed below are fixed and cannot be changed, so please only apply if you are able to work these hours.
- Week 1 & 2: Thursday 14:15-22:15, Friday 14:15-21:45
- Week 3 & 6: Monday 15:00-19:00, Saturday 07:30-16:30
- Week 4 & 5: Thursday 06:15-14:15, Friday 06:15-14:15
Responsibilities
At WV Active we want to hear from you. As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll need to be customer focused, want to help our members achieve their fitness goals, have a modern approach and be ready to move the business forward. You will deliver excellent customer service as WV Active’s front of house representative and provide a welcoming, warm and professional environment to all visitors. You will have a positive and customer‑orientated approach in ensuring visitors have the best experience. You will support the Sales & Service Manager in sales, retention and administration of memberships. You will also have an interest in the leisure and fitness industry and be knowledgeable about WV Active facilities and offers to actively sell and promote services.
