Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service as the front‑of‑house representative.
- Provide a welcoming, warm and professional environment to all visitors.
- Support the Sales & Service Manager with sales, retention and administration of memberships.
- Know WV Active facilities and offers and actively sell and promote services.
