Coventry City Council is looking for a motivated and experienced property professional to support the management and performance of our diverse property portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in property valuation, insurance assessments, lease management, and asset data analysis, helping to deliver high-quality services across the Council.
Responsibilities
- You will provide building insurance valuations and professional property advice across the Council's property portfolio, supporting effective risk management and property asset management.
- The role includes managing operational leases, rent reviews and service charges, alongside analysing property and financial data to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
- You will also contribute to cost planning, project delivery, property records management and the continuous improvement of systems and procedures, ensuring compliance with professional standards and excellent customer service.
Qualifications and Requirements

- We are looking for someone with strong experience in property valuation, lease management, and property cost analysis, with excellent analytical and organisational skills.
- You will have experience working with complex datasets, managing budgets, and delivering professional property services.
