Finham Park Multi Academy Trust is recruiting a Teacher of Drama to cover a maternity leave.

Location: Finham Park 2, Coventry – 11‑19 co‑educational comprehensive school.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach Drama to Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4 and, as the sixth form develops, Key Stage 5.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
  • Support students’ creative and performing arts development and assess progress.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a high quality, varied curriculum.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Relevant teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent).
  • Experience teaching Drama or performing arts to KS3–6.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Positive character, commitment to creating the best educational opportunities for pupils.

Requirements:

  • Eligible to work in the UK with no restrictions.
  • Proof of Right to Work presented at interview.
  • Enhanced DBS check and safeguarding assessments as required.
