Richard Lee Primary School is seeking a Cleaner to join a team dedicated to keeping designated areas clean and hygienic. The role is part of a forward-thinking school community that values opportunities for learning and wellbeing for all pupils.
Responsibilities
- Undertake cleaning of designated areas within the school to ensure they are kept in a clean and hygienic condition.
- Work as part of a team to maintain a clean school environment.
- Contribute to the school’s commitment to safeguarding and welfare of children as part of the Trust and local governance framework.
Contract and Schedule
- Grade 1 Point 2 - £24,413 per annum FTE (£6,312.87 pro rata to hours and weeks worked)
- 15 hours per week, 43 weeks per year
- Working pattern: 3.15 pm – 6.15 pm, Monday to Friday

Requirements
Posts are exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Appointment to these posts will be conditional upon the satisfactory response to a check of police records via the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
