Hill Farm Primary School in Coventry is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and outstanding Senior Admin – Office Administrator to deliver first‑class professional administration management and HR/PA support for the school, Trust and wider community.

Position Details

  • Grade: 4
  • Location: Hill Farm Primary School, Coventry
  • Contract: Fixed term maternity cover until July 2027 (FTC)
  • Hours: Monday‑Thursday 08:00‑16:00, Friday 08:00‑15:30 (37 hrs/week, term time only plus teacher training days, 39 weeks)
  • Closing Date: 10 June 2026

Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception area and overall administrative functions.
  • Provide HR/PA support, coordinating multiple workstreams to deliver a professional support service.
  • Implement innovative and forward‑thinking administrative strategies.
  • Cooperate with the Trust to promote best outcomes for students.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in an educational environment (preferred).
  • Excellent administration, HR, leadership, IT and organisational skills.
  • Flexible, ‘can do’ approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
