St Laurence's CE Primary School, including our Little Lawrences provision, is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our thriving Early Years unit from September 2026. Situated in the heart of the village, our setting is known for its strong community links, supportive staff team, and wonderful children who make every day joyful. As a Church of England school, our Christian ethos underpins everything we do. We are looking for someone who will embrace our values, nurture every child, and contribute to a warm, inclusive environment where all can flourish.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively within a caring, experienced Early Years team
- Support high-quality provision across indoor and outdoor learning
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community
- Contribute to planning, assessment, and child-centred learning experiences
- Model and promote our Christian values in daily practice

Hours, Pay, and Status
- Hours: 32.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm
- Term-time only | Fixed-Term basis
- Pay: NJC F7-10 hourly rate ranging from £13.68 to £14.58, with school hours and Local Authority pension
