Headteacher Profile
We are seeking a Headteacher who will love our children, love our staff and love our community.
Responsibilities
- Lead a dedicated and aspirational staff team, supported by a committed governing board.
- Nurture and inspire the children and staff to be the best they possibly can be.
- Build on current progress and enhance the school’s reputation in the local community.
- Address OFSTED identified shortcomings and work with the DFE within the RISE programme.
- Manage a broad curriculum and a wide range of opportunities within the school day and extracurricular activities.
- Communicate at all levels to achieve excellence in teaching and learning.
- Develop positive relationships between staff, pupils, parents and the wider community.
