We are now seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to support our teaching team. The post holder will supervise whole classes under the guidance of teaching/senior staff, implementing work programmes, managing behaviour, and supporting pupils in line with school policies.
Start Date: 1st September 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support pupils with set work, maintaining a positive learning environment
- Manage behaviour and respond to procedural questions (not lesson content)
- Collect completed work and report to teachers on behaviour/issues
- Provide clerical/admin support and assist on trips/activities as required
- Promote safeguarding, health & safety, and the school’s values
