The Role: We are recruiting for Corporate Support Services Assistant within the legal department. This role is for 1 day per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of an efficient and effective Practice Support service within the Legal Team
  • Work closely with the Practice Manager to ensure business needs are met and services improved
  • Provide advice and support to managers and colleagues on Practice Support matters
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of policies, procedures, and working practices
  • Assist in developing processes that support professional standards, quality assurance, and continuous improvement

About You:

  • Have experience in a similar role
  • Have excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have an understanding of financial controls and budget monitoring
