We are looking for a Control Room Operator to work as part of a team to monitor and operate all systems within the Control Room in an efficient proactive and reactive manner. Systems to include: CCTV, door-entry control and intercom communications.
Responsibilities:
- To gather evidence of breaches of tenancy, anti-social behaviour and acts of a criminal nature.
- To communicate with and assist residents, members of the public and all partners as required.
Requirements:
- Level 2 Certificate for CCTV Operatives (Public Space Surveillance) B-Tech or equivalent.
