Main/essential Skills And Experience Needed:
- The role centres on being able to manage Contracts.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve contractual queries and issues.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Prepare, issue, and manage contract documentation, notices, and instructions in accordance with JCT or other Contract publications, requirements.
- Carry out appropriate liaison with tenants, residents, stakeholders and members of the public dealing with any potential difficulties that may arise in conjunction with the Contractor undertaking the works.
