You’ll work closely with providers, commissioners and internal partners to monitor performance, analyse qualitative and quantitative data, lead provider review meetings, agree improvement plans and address concerns where standards fall short. You’ll also contribute to service development, provider resilience work and the mobilisation of new services, ensuring the voice of people using services remains central throughout.
About You
You’ll be educated to Level 6 in a business-related subject or be able to demonstrate equivalent specialist knowledge gained through relevant experience. You’ll bring practical experience of working in a contract management environment, with a solid understanding of contract management practices, performance monitoring and regulatory frameworks. Experience within adult social care and managing care-related contracts (such as care at home, supported living or residential services) is desirable.
You’ll be confident preparing and presenting reports, skilled in collaborative working and able to negotiate, influence and challenge constructively.
