Hours: 37 hours per week
Rotational basis, Monday through to Sunday, with a requirement to work weekends and bank holidays β shift pattern 6am β 2pm, 2pm β 10pm

Overview: We have an exciting opportunity to join us in the role of Concierge Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for ensuring customers live in a clean, safe and secure environment.
- Provide a visible, welcoming and supportive presence to Customers.
- Contribute to organisational priorities, including the reporting of ASB and supporting internal and external partners on flatted estates.
- Support the monitoring and cleaning of communal areas.
- Conduct building and fire safety checks.
