St Michael's Church of England High School is seeking to appoint a Compliance & Quality Officer to develop, maintain, and improve the school's compliance and assurance systems, ensuring that the school meets all statutory and regulatory requirements relating to Governance, policy, health and safety, and data protection.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and improve the school's compliance and assurance systems.
  • Ensure the school meets all statutory and regulatory requirements relating to Governance, policy, health and safety, and data protection.

Qualifications

  • GCSE Maths and GCSE English (Level 4 and above)
  • Experience in administration, compliance or business support
  • Experience of working in a school environment
  • Confident and competent in using day‑to‑day IT
  • A commitment to the ethos of the school

Working Hours

37 hours per week (term time only + 5 training days)

Salary

Band E, SCP 18-25 £31,537 – £36,363 subject to pro rata (£16.35-£18.85 per hour)
