Staffordshire County Council’s Provider Services team is seeking Support Facilitators to deliver person-centred reablement care in the community.
The role runs 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM with shifts including weekends; you must live within 30 minutes of ST5 1BL and be able to travel across Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough using your own vehicle.
A full UK driving licence and NVQ Level 2 in Social Care (or equivalent) are required.
