Hadley & Leegomery Parish Council,
1 role available at 21.5 hours per week on a fixed term contract for 12 months, working flexibly on a rota basis
£13.69 per hour
Hadley and Leegomery Parish Council manage the Community Centre in High Street, Hadley, and also Leegomery Community Centre in Leegomery. They are both busy Community Centres catering for local residents. It’s an important hub which gives people an opportunity to socialise, learn and access key services. The Community Centres offer basic adult education opportunities, as well as developmental such as dance classes or crafts. A safe space to learn a new skill and further an individual’s education and is a fantastic resource. The Parish Council are proud of the Centres, and we already have a strong and friendly team who are keen to welcome new recruits.
No two days are the same, and you will be encouraged to bring your skills to enhance our current offer. The day to day job might be based in either Centre, so you will have chance to vary your workplace.
You will have to be enthusiastic, and happy to “muck in”.
