Hours: 12.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent (Term time only, plus 5 inset days and 20 days during school holidays)

We currently have two vacancies for the position of Cleaner. Your role will be to ensure standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation are maintained within our school. You will need to be diligent, efficient and professional, and work effectively as part of the cleaning team under the direction of the Office Manager.
- Clean assigned areas to the frequency and standard set out.
- Perform vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, mopping, etc.
- Assist with cleaning other areas as required.
- Adhere to COSHH and use of machinery and equipment.
- Maintain efficient and reliable working practices.
Key Requirements
- Conditional appointment subject to satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children and young people; all staff and volunteers must share this commitment.
- Provide two suitable references.
- Pass all pre‑employment checks, including an online search of short‑listed candidates.
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred.
