Overview
Cleaner – Cannock Chase High School (Permanent post, 12.5 hours per week, 42 weeks per annum). Salary Grade 1: FTE £24,413 (Pro rata paid salary c. £7,673).
Cannock Chase High School is a 11-19 state funded Academy with approximately 1,000 students on roll. We were judged ‘good’ by Ofsted in our latest inspection. Our school is a vibrant and ambitious learning community with a focus on academic achievement, personal development and equality of opportunity. The successful applicant will be adaptable and willing to undertake a variety of duties as part of the Site Team to provide an excellent quality service for staff and students.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that cleaning standards are maintained;
- Undertake training and support to the team;
- Carry out cleaning duties as required by the Site Team.
Qualifications / Experience
- Experience of cleaning in an education or industrial environment (desirable).
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff, students and visitors.
- Highly motivated, hard working and reliable.
