The role of passenger assistant is to ensure the safe and happy transportation of SEN school children to and from school in a minibus. Some of the passengers have specific needs and can require high levels of attention. Safety is the main priority but we expect our passengers to have a pleasant and happy journey to school. We require the passenger assistant to ensure that all children have their seatbelts fastened and/or wheelchairs clamped into the minibus. Reporting of incidents will also be required. We operate on a term time, split shift basis (morning and afternoon). Full training will be given.
