The role involves general administrative duties within the registrars team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing excellent customer service for both in-person and telephone communications.
- Registering births, still births and deaths in line with statutory regulations, including declarations, issuing certificates, producing returns, corrections and re-registrations.
- Taking notices of marriage and civil partnership ensuring they comply with statutory regulations.
- Other duties as outlined in the job description.
