Responsibilities- Provide care for children during before and after school care club sessions under the direction of the Care Club Manager.
- Assist with maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
- Adhere to organisational procedures and meet required standards.
- Relevant experience or a strong interest in working with children and a commitment to protection and safeguarding.
- Flexible regarding working hours, punctual and reliable.
- Willingness to undertake training as required.
- Completion of DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) checks.
- Visits to the care club will be welcomed (please contact the school office to arrange an appointment).
- Position subject to a criminal records check from the DBS, requiring disclosure of all unspent and spent convictions, warnings, cautions and reprimands.
- As per Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) recommendations, a pre‑employment online search may form part of the recruitment process.
