Location: Marrow House Residential Home.
Grade: Level 5.
Salary: £15,699.08 – £17,004.22 per annum.
Hours: 22 hours per week.

Role Summary
We provide care for adults living with dementia, supporting them after hospital discharge or while living at home. The role combines rehabilitation, comprehensive mental‑health assessment and care‑planning to maximise independence, autonomy, choice and control. You will work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team, assess, develop and review care plans, and promote privacy, dignity, choice, rights and independence for vulnerable adults.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care to residents with dementia.
- Assist with rehabilitation and mental‑health assessment.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Develop, implement and review individual care plans.
- Promote residents’ independence, autonomy, choice and control within the service.
Qualifications & Skills
- Compassionate, caring, hard‑working and team‑spirited attitude.
- Experience or experience‑related training in working with people with dementia or older adults (preferred).
- Commitment to safeguarding and welfare of vulnerable adults.
- A clean criminal record check (DBS) and understanding of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
