Senior Registration Officer
Staffordshire County Council is looking for a senior leader who is passionate about developing people, building strong relationships, and cultivating a supportive, positive team culture to deliver exceptional registration services and ceremonies.
Working Pattern
Full‑time position with a pattern spanning Monday to Saturday. We support a healthy work‑life balance and offer flexible and hybrid working options where appropriate.
- Main Responsibilities
- Manage the Registration Officer team, providing registration services and ceremonies, making operational decisions and developing new processes and procedures.
- Assist the Ceremony Team Leader with marketing, communications and development strategies.
- Maintain effective relationships with licensed venues, celebrants, other local authorities and professional organisations.
- Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and County Council governance.
- Participate in the development and delivery of training within the team.
