Part-Time Parks & Open Spaces Administration Officer
Grade D: £25,989 - £28,142 per annum (pro‑rata). Post number: CL498. Permanent – 29 hours per week.

Responsibilities
- Assist with day‑to‑day administrative duties for the Parks and Open Spaces section, covering Cemeteries, Allotments, Countryside, Urban trees, Housing and TPOs.
- Work as part of a team to support the day‑to‑day operations of the Parks and Open Spaces section.
- Handle enquiries from members of the public and elected members via telephone and written communication.
- Maintain accurate records and manage data in Microsoft Office.
- Deliver excellent customer care and support activities with a flexible approach to working hours.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Business Administration.
- Proficient IT skills: Microsoft Office packages sufficient to input and retrieve data.
- Experience working in an office environment.
- Excellent telephone manner, communication, analytical and written skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative, organised and flexible.
