Jerome Primary School is seeking a Lunchtime Supervisor on a permanent contract to start as soon as possible. The position is for 6 hours per week, Grade 2, at £12.85 per hour, term time only.
Brief Description Of Duties:
- Provide care and supervision during the school lunch break.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise children before, during, and after meals.
- Encourage healthy eating habits and good table manners, whether pupils have a school meal or a packed lunch.
- Respond to illness or injury by seeking assistance when required.
- Report persistent behavioural concerns.
- Assist with the preparation and clearing of dining areas and equipment.
- Organise and supervise play activities to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Subject to Enhanced Disclosure check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
