We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and hard‑working Level 3 Learning Support Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Has experience supporting and working with children across a primary setting.
- Can work effectively with full classes, small groups and individual pupils.
- Is confident liaising with teachers, the SENCO, outside agencies and other support staff.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Uses initiative and contributes positively to the wider school community.
- Holds a relevant Level 3 childcare qualification (NVQ Level 3).
- Enhanced DBS clearance.
- Children’s Barring List Check.
- Compliance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 – ability to speak fluent English is essential.

- 32.5 hours term time plus 5 inset days.
- Grade D, SCP 9-17, salary £27,254‑£31,022 (Actual Salary £21,361‑£24,943 p.a.).
