We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced LSP3 to join our team for someone who genuinely shares our passion for inclusion. You will become part of a dedicated teaching and support team with high aspirations for meeting the needs of our diverse learners. Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality phonics sessions (we use Little Wandle)
- Support learning and achievement for vulnerable groups within Early Years
- Provide targeted interventions and in‑class support
You must be appropriately literate and numerate, with a strong understanding of how to support early learning effectively.
Essential Requirements
- Relevant NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
- Proven paid experience working within a primary school setting as part of a Learning Support team
- Experience delivering high‑quality phonics sessions
- A child‑centred, flexible and professional approach
Desirable Skills and Training
- First Aid training
- Little Wandle phonics training
- Food hygiene training
- Forest School Leader qualification (advantageous)
- Experience working within urban settings such as Sandwell
Working Pattern
- Hours: 8:45am – 3:45pm, Monday to Friday
- Contract: Permanent
- Start date: September 2026
