Five Ways Primary School is committed to providing an excellent catering service for an average of 320 lunches each day. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated person to support the development of this successful operation.

Responsibilities

  • Set up the dining area for lunch service.
  • Prepare basic food and beverages.
  • Wash and clear the kitchen after service.
  • Work under pressure with excellent time management.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and work independently.

Qualifications

  • Effective communication skills with an emphasis on customer care.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.

Working Hours & Pay

  • 12.50 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 12:00 – 2:30 pm.
  • Term time only (38 weeks) plus 3 cleaning days.
  • Grade 1 Scale point 2 – Annual salary £7,056.00.

Term Details

Employees must be in school during term time; all holidays must be taken during school holiday periods.
