Cannock Chase District Council is seeking a Building Safety Officer to deliver day-to-day compliance for asbestos management, legionella risk and fire safety within the Housing Team.
You will review surveys, update risk registers and monitor safety measures to ensure homes remain safe and compliant.
The role requires significant asbestos experience (P402/P405 preferred), social housing experience, and strong IT and data-analysis skills.
Training can be provided for qualified candidates.
