East Staffordshire Borough Council has an exciting opportunity for three motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Revenues, Benefits and Customer Contact Team as Senior Officers. This is an excellent opportunity to build on your experience within a busy customer service environment while helping residents, businesses and stakeholders access vital council services.

As a key member of the team, you will provide a professional and responsive service across a range of Revenues and Customer Contact functions. You will be committed to resolving enquiries efficiently, delivering high standards of customer care, and supporting customers through a variety of communication channels. Previous experience in a customer-focused role is essential. Experience of Council Tax or Business Rates legislation is desirable, although full training will be provided for the right candidates.

You will be an enthusiastic and adaptable individual with excellent communication and customer service skills. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, be able to manage a varied workload, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality services to our residents.
