Permanent, full‑time role – 37 hours per week during term time only for 39.2 weeks plus 10 additional days to be agreed and worked across the academic year. Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am – 4pm, Friday 8am – 3.30pm.
Salary: Grade 7 (SCP15-22) £30,024 – £33,699 per annum pro rata; actual salary £27,402.38 – £30,756.49 per annum.

Responsibilities- Lead the office into its next phase, overseeing key areas including HR, administration, and nursery admissions.
- Collaborate with colleagues on finance and health and safety, managing the school budget and supporting the Headteacher with confidential administration.
- Ensure systems and processes are maintained, providing excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage complex administration systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Build relationships within the school and wider community, including parents and governors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi‑task and work to strict timelines.
- Experience of budget management.
- Experience working with complex administration systems where accuracy is required.
- A passion for excellence with high expectations for self and others.
