John Taylor MAT, Inclusion Support Assistants – Physical and Sensory Needs. Fixed-term position linked to funding, contract will end when the student leaves the school. Part-time working 32.5 hours per week, term time only for 39.2 weeks per year. Salary: Grade 5: £26,403 - £27,254 per annum pro rata. Actual salary: £20,139.34 - £20,788.46 per annum.

As a partner academy in JTMAT, we are seeking to appoint two hardworking, committed and enthusiastic Inclusion Support Assistants (Physical and Sensory Needs) to join our evolving organisation.
Responsibilities
The successful candidates will support the SENDCo, teaching staff and students with a focus on students with physical and sensory needs. Under the direction of the SENDCo, the successful candidates will support students with day-to-day tasks in order for them to access the curriculum. This position will include personal care. We expect excellent communication between the successful candidate, staff and students.
